Pre-Release

  • Review environment variable readiness.
  • Confirm rollback strategy for each surface.

Release Execution

  1. Deploy docs artifact.
  2. Deploy admin frontend artifact.
  3. Deploy backend service updates.
  4. Verify service health and route accessibility.

Post-Release Smoke Checks

  • Login + dashboard path works.
  • API auth and client routes respond.
  • Docs navigation and search work.
